I have an old unichip piggy back laying around, but they are practically useless, you need to bite the bullet and upgrade. Most aftermarket computers will come with a base tune for the car you specify, to get it going until you are able to get to a tune shop.

Unless you are into russian roulette change your question to: Who tunes what ECU locally for my car?

              This is good advice,

This is another option for pre-'99 http://www.enduringsolutions.com/

Other wise MoTec $$$, LinkG4+ $$, Haltech $$ EMS $ and a Tuner to suit.
